Very nice. I gave the homeless guy a couple of bucks at Wawa
on Sunday. It feels nice to do something nice. A couple of months ago, I saw a guy get out of his car at the stop light to give a homeless guy a couple of bucks and even a hug. What was strange, is that it was a black guy that got out of his car to hug the white, homeless guy. The only thing I could think of was "white privilege." I guess the white homeless guy had privilege because he had one of the best corners in the city? You guys will have to tell me. You know how I have a hard time with that "white privilege" concept.
On the other hand, "getting" people all of the time only feels good in the short term. It has the total opposite effect as giving to others. In the long run, it will fill you with anger, hate, and stress.
Think about that as you go through your day people.
